How are the fuel increases affecting you? Is your business now suffering because of the hikes in fuel?
Fuel Fool were talking to a taxi driver who has had a successful business for the last 28 years and because of increased fuel costs is now having to consider closing his business as he is barely keeping his head above water..In doing this, he is going to face hardship in paying his committments..
Do you own your own taxi company or are you as an owner driver facing similar situations as the taxi owner above…let us know, we would like your comments on this posting.
Are motorists beig taken for a ride?
January 12, 2008
Are motorists just seen as a cash cow by the government?
With rising road tax, more speed cameras appearing and the serious rise in fuel prices, are motorists being fleeced by the Government?

How are the fuel price increases affecting you?

Let everyone know how you are being affected by the fuel price increases. Fuel Fool were talking to a motorist who is finding it hard to afford the fuel for her car to go to work. Whilst fuel prices have escalated (along with energy and a host of other things) her wages sadly havnt and she is finding things very difficult now.
Are you in a similar situation? Let us know.
You may have found a way to alleviate the burdons on you..if you have, let us all know.
Fuel Protests..are they the answer?
January 11, 2008
With talk around the country of fresh fuel protests, we ask you whether they are the real answer to the fuel pricing problem?
Whilst fuel protesting caused chaos and made the government sit up and listen, it also caused al lot of problems for people when trying to get fuel for their vehicles, and unless you were a member of the emergency services, you were unlikely to have got hold of fuel easily.
OK, so the protesting cost the government and the oil companies a LOT of money and the motorist was a strong voice, Fuel Fool are asking if this is the way forward in the future?
Perhaps you are already planning another fuel protest, if so we would like to hear from you.
Fuel Fool have set this site up to use modern technology to allow protesting in a way that a mass voice has come together and the government can actually read the opinions of motorists whilst allowing us to still purchase fuel.
We are eagerly looking for your comments on this post.
Help us achieve 2 million signatures
January 11, 2008
Help us achieve 2 million signatures for fairer tax on fuel so we can have a great voice to present to the government.
Why 2 million signatures?? … 2 million signatures represents around 10% of car owners in the UK. 100% would be great to achieve however if we can hit 2 million signatures or above, this will be a good voice for the government to listen to.
